Description
No need to remove your Canny Collar: Canny Carabiners allow you to clip your Canny Collar or Canny Colossus underneath the chin so that you don't need to remove it when you let your dog off lead.
Ideal to replace broken or lost originals. Each pack contains two carabiners.

Despatch times
Orders received before our 1.00pm Friday 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.
Delivery times
In general, please allow 2-6 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that unforeseen events such as poor weather or transport disruption can impact delivery times. Check our website for the most up to date information.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
All our orders are despatched by Australia Post. In Australia, we offer a Standard service (3-5 days) and an Express service (1-2 days).
Overseas orders are sent by Australia Post with delivery in 10-14 days. All options are tracked.
Overseas orders
Our Australian warehouse ships only to mainland Australia and New Zealand. Customers in the UK should visit our site at cannyco.co.uk. If you are based in Europe, please visit cannyco.eu and if you are based in North America, please visit our US site cannyco.com for same day shipping and despatch.
Incorrect address
If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company Australia will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered fully and correctly when placing your order.

If goods you order from us are faulty, damaged or unsuitable, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return them within 14 days of the date stated as being shipped to you using this form. Provided they are in a new and fit for resale condition in the original packaging (if not ordered packaging-free), we will happily offer an exchange or refund (less shipping costs).
Items to be exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Items requiring cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a $5 AUD cleaning fee per item. Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges for all exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original. For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for meeting the postage costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes. We will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale.
So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt. Return the goods to us and please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any queries regarding returns or refunds, please contact us using the details below.

The collars are nothing new to me. It's the 3rd one I've purchased. I'm very happy with them.
I can easily control a 75kg dog with one hand.
This is the first time I've tried your lead and I like it a lot. I particularly appreciate the extra padding at the very bottom of the lead.
It's something I've never seen before and didn't even know I wanted, until it was time to keep the lead very short and was pleasantly surprised by the extra comfort it provided.
I haven't taken the recall lead out of the packaging yet, but like, it's a long lead. I'm sure it does what it says on the tin.
Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend canny. I have enjoyed using their products.

This collar is great, even the dog likes it...
However, something to stop the two ends with the D's that connects to the lead from going over the dogs head if the dog stops suddenly....

This collar has been a game changer with my five month old great dane pup. Had started her with a correction collar which left her neck red due to her pulling against it and I struggled to keep her under control when walking. A friend suggested I try her dogs canny collar as it had worked for them. It made a huge difference. Two weeks later my pup is walking beautifully, can even walk her to a local cafe now and she stays right beside me.
Have tried all sorts for my nose sensitive boy and with this he calms right down. My 9yo can control him just with her finger on the lead
